poor air conditioning small room

The hotel seemed to cut costs everywhere. Hallways lacked air-conditioning. The room felt smaller than other five-star accommodations in the area. Most surprisingly the air conditioning only worked after complaining about the unbearable heat. It then started working after a switch.

helpful staff great location varied breakfast subpar cleanliness stained linen dirty surfaces

the staff was cute and helpful. the location was close to attractions. the breakfast was varied and delicious. the restaurant offered quality dining options.

the cleanliness was subpar. my room was not properly cleaned. there were stains on the linens and surfaces. it made me uncomfortable.

great system separate sinks rainfall shower

my room had a great air conditioning system. two separate sinks were really useful in the bathroom. the rainfall shower was also excellent.

the gym was temporarily unavailable, that was disappointing.
